I hate this picture. It totally perpetuates the stereotypes of aliens and terminators being nasty to each other and just plain evil.

Since the War, many humans still hate terminators and don’t trust us. I can understand that a little, but it was so long ago. Terminators my age didn’t even fight in the War against humans.  It gets depressing, you know, when people think you’re the enemy. So many humans think we’re going to revolt, and the reprogramming will stop working.  Paranoid.

Since aliens today are all part human, people tend to like us.  They’re not as terrified at least.  And most aliens are really great about not incubating humans. I mean mistakes do happen once in a while, but we only have a few bad seeds.  Even some humans are killers too.

I think this image really says it all, don’t you think?

About Ripley Connor

Part alien. Part human. Part terminator. All mixed up.

  1. I definitely prefer the 2nd image ! Can I tell you a secret ? My favorite female character ever is Ellen Ripley. In the 1980s, my favorite actor was Michael Biehn. Today, my favorite one is Christian Bale. I think you know now why I really love your blog !!! Thank you so much for following mine !!! Best wishes from Marseille.

    • Thanks so much! Your blog is amazing too, and I love great fashion ideas. The real Ellen Ripley clone I know can be annoying but she’s been really great lately. And every terminator in my life is so sweet. Hope you enjoy more about my weird family! Thanks again!

  2. I love your blog! It’s funny and sarcastic and has a great spin on Alien life! Thank you so much for visiting my blog and following me! 🙂
